Trevor is the founder and developer of QueueBridge. With over 15 years of experience spanning IT, cybersecurity, networking, systems architecture, and software development, he brings a rare combination of deep technical capability and real-world operational understanding to the healthcare space.
Having worked across a wide range of industries and infrastructure environments, Trevor identified a consistent pattern in South African healthcare: facilities with dedicated, caring staff being undermined by the absence of intelligent operational tooling. The result was always the same — patients waiting longer than necessary and staff working harder than they should have to.
QueueBridge is his answer. Every line of code, every design decision, and every AI model in the platform was crafted with one goal: to give healthcare facilities the operational intelligence they deserve, built to the same standard as enterprise-grade global software.

After observing firsthand how disconnected systems and manual processes caused avoidable patient suffering in South African clinics, the idea for QueueBridge took shape.
Research & Development
Spent 12 months deeply embedded in healthcare facilities - interviewing doctors, nurses, receptionists, and practice managers. Built and rebuilt the platform around their real operational realities.
Early Access Launch
Launched QueueBridge to a select group of early access clinics and practices. Onboarded our first facilities and began iterating rapidly based on real-world feedback.
AI Platform Release
Released the full AI Platform: predictive wait times, bottleneck detection, WhatsApp AI Receptionist, staffing suggestions, and the executive insights dashboard.
